I ordered the G.I. Joe Complete Animated Series on December 26, 2007 from DVD Donkey.

First, I never received a comfirmation email, which I contacted them using their live email chat. I eventually received my order number and estimated delivery schedule. After several chats with the live email chat I received a tracking number and was told my order was shipped on January 17, 2008. I tried tracking the package at Canadapost.ca, but the tracking number did not exist.

I tried contacting them via phone and email, but was unable to get a live person. When you call the number you always receive a message saying "all operators are busy" and then you're asked to leave a message, but my call was never returned. Also, when I tried using the live email chat no one was available. Then I started receiving emails saying my order was backorderd and was given the option of a refund.

I have yet to get in contact with anyone to receive a refund of $108.00. Please do not trust DVD Donkey - it's a scam!
